Even The Beatles are part of the exhibition – an interpret called ”Heinz die Hundekehle„ used their ”Yellow Submarine“ to sing a song about – and against - Bayern Munich: ”Zieht den Bayern die Lederhose aus“. Bayern Munich striker Gerd Müller sang ”Dann macht es bumm“ in 1969. In 1974 it has been re-released as flip-side for the title ”Das gibt ein Schützenfest“.

There were a lot of German pop songs about football in the sixties – for example ”Er steht im Tor“ by Norwegian singer Wencke Myhre, ”König Fußball“ by Italian Vittorio and ”22 Beine und die zwei von meiner Braut“ by US-boy Gus Backus. Two rare longplayers: Max Merkel played for Germany and Austria and became coach of several Bundesliga-teams later. ”Uwe, Uwe schrie der Papa“ by ”Adam und die Micky′s“ is about famous German and Hamburg striker Uwe Seeler.

In 1974 he sang ”Der Fußball ist rund wie das Leben“ for the GDR-world cup team who beat the rivals from the Federal Republic in Hamburg 1:0.
