On July 20, 1969 they reached their goal. America won the race: Neil Armstrong und Edward ”Buzz“ Aldrin (his ancestors came from Siegen-Trupbach, where we live), entered the moon. Out of numerous records we just show the single ”Man On The Moon“, as well as some books, lps etc
In all our enthusiasm for space travel we must not forget the fact that the roots result from the Nazi regime. The German author Reiner Eisfeld describes this theme in his book ”Mondsüchtig – Wernher von Braun und die Geburt der Raumfahrt aus dem Geist der Barbarei“.
